NEXIUS EXECUTIVE COMMENTARY: Our Vision for the Future
As you may have seen, we recently sold the Nexius products division to comScore Inc. (Nasdaq: SCOR) so we could focus on our services business. I am writing, today, to share the opportunities the acquisition presents for Nexius and our customers and to offer a direct conversation about the market for our services and our company direction.
Nexius will now continue its operation under the same brand, with a total focus on providing services and custom development to our customers worldwide. We are pleased to announce that we are headed for our 9th consecutive year of growth with an expected CAGR of 60%. This momentum is showcasing itself through the strong news coverage we are receiving from major publications as well as the record number of new customers and website visitors Nexius is enjoying this year. It is clear that the vision we believed in for many years has caught momentum in the marketplace and attracted the attention of the industry.
With comScore’s acquisition of the Nexius product division, we have now refocused the company and 400+ personnel around our services business. Our premier services division continues to provide technology strategy, network engineering & deployment, and custom software services to leading communications providers worldwide.
This is an exciting time for us. The acquisition enables us to concentrate 100% of our resources on delivering high-quality services and custom solutions to our growing global customer roster of cable operators, OEMs and mobile operators. With our renewed focus on services, we now:
- Are on the cutting edge of delivering new application development platforms and ground-breaking 4G projects on behalf of customers like Clearwire, AT&T, Qualcomm, and others
- Offer strategic guidance and solutions at every stage of the value chain – from architecting high-level technology strategies to delivering network engineering services
