The Churn Analysis module will help our customers to understand the key reasons why do they have high churn in some geographical areas. The module will not only report the actual numbers for reporting purpose (display on maps and reports) but it will also show the hot spots where one should focus to solve churn recurring issues. With additional data sets such as PM, Fault, Configuration and benchmarking, the module will also confirm if some high churn is related to poor network Performances, radio interferences, signal level to low.

  • Correlate customer care data along with network data. Prioritize network issues that have the biggest customer positive impact.
  • Provide Analysis to address Churn concerns.
  • Investigate sources of churn:
    • Competition.
    • Network performance.
    • Customer churn / complain .
    • Customer service.
    • Marketing.
  • Formulate and implement a solution to address and minimize customer churn.
  • Comprehensive report that be accessed at an executive level anytime, anywhere. Both visually with geographic reporting and dashboards for quantitative trending.
  • Identify sectors with the highest churn due to lack of in home coverage.
  • Analyze neighbor sectors to determine if adjustments can improve coverage.
