The Benchmarking module offers a advanced competitive analysis of our customer handset metrics and KPIs (Signal Strength, MOS, Blocked Call, Drops) compared to their competitors on the same areas (street address, highway, rural VS suburban areas).

Additionally, results are also available as rolled up values against the own customer geographical boundaries. This translates into the ability to compare the different geographical entities of the organization across the nation or over time.
