Understands RF propagation principles, antenna theory, link budget and co-siting strategy and applies it towards design / optimization of the wireless networks.

Qualifications:

• Strong UMTS fundamentals.
• UMTS RF System Design and/or optimization experience.
• Comfortable working with Asset3G planning tool.
• Tool Expert in MapInfo and MS Office applications.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Ability to consistently deliver high quality results while work in a fast-paced and intense environment.
• Effective communication (written & verbal) & listening skills.
• Good Team Player.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ACP (Automatic Cell Planner).
• Ability to lead and train a team.
• Reporting & Presentation.
